Terms & Conditions
- Changes within 24 hours: customer pays 50% of the total costs
- Cancellations within 24 hours: customer pays 100% of the total costs
- No refunds on deposits paid at hotels or agents
- Changes and cancellations that are made more than 24 hours: customer pays 20% of the total costs
- Questions by email will be answered within 48 hours
- Privacy policy: all personal details of our customers will be protected and nothing will be shared with third parties
- Tickets/vouchers will be delivered to the customer personally within the old center of Amsterdam (ring of canals) and outside the ring of canals by mail
- Reservations have to be made by the customer at least 3 days before arrival
- The customer will receive an invoice immediately after online reservations. Credit cards will be charged immediately with the name Excursion Shop on the statement. We advise the customer to keep a copy of all financial transactions.
- Excursion Shop cannot be held responsible for accidents, personal injury, late arrivals, loss or theft of personal property and/or hand baggage. Prices, timetables and publicized activities can change without further notice to the customer. In this case, the traveler can accept or reject the changes. In the latter case a maximum refund will be paid.
- Should excursions or attractions due to circumstances beyond our control be partially or totally canceled, the customer will be refunded no more than the amount already paid.
- Your vouchers and tickets will only be sent to a (vacation) address within the Netherlands.
